Guide
Draft TV
Draft TV is the big-screen view of a live draft: the team on the clock, the clock, every pick so far and what comes next. It's watch-only, so nobody can pick from it. Use it on a TV, a projector, a stream or your own phone while captains pick on theirs.
Open it
- In the draft room, tap TV mode. It's in the bar at the top on a tablet or computer.
- On your league page, tap Watch Draft TV on the Draft night card.
- Or open your league's Draft TV address: your league's web address followed by /draft/tv. Your commissioner can copy it from Draft setup, under Draft TV.
Once your league is live, anyone can open it. Until then, a screen that isn't signed in needs the Private TV link from Draft setup. Making a new private link turns the old one off.
Start the broadcast
When Draft TV opens, it asks you to Start broadcast. One tap fills the screen and keeps it awake for the whole draft. Press Escape to skip it: Draft TV still runs, but the screen isn't filled or kept awake.
Sound is off until you turn it on. Before you start, you can choose a short chime when a pick is in and a soft tick each second in the last 5 seconds. You can mute from the top corner at any time, and your choices are saved on that device.
What's on the screen
- Before the start: the planned start time, the round 1 order and a QR code under Follow on your phone. Scan it to open the same screen on a phone.
- While the draft runs: the team on the clock with its clock, a Just in list of the latest picks and the full board.
- When a captain's pick is in, the screen shows The pick is in with the player's name. Auto-picks come across as a short ticker instead.
- After the last pick: Draft complete while the commissioner checks the board, then the Final board once the season starts.
On a small screen, Draft TV switches to a layout made for phones.
Keep it in a front window
Draft TV only updates while its page is showing. A tab in the background, a minimized window or a locked screen counts as hidden, and a hidden page stops checking for new picks until it's shown again. Bring it back to the front and the board catches up, but the pick moments that happened while it was hidden may be skipped.
For a TV or a stream:
- Give Draft TV its own browser window and keep it in front.
- Don't minimize it or cover it with other windows. Some browsers treat a fully covered window as hidden too.
- Use Start broadcast so the screen doesn't go to sleep.
- If you see Reconnecting…, Draft TV is waiting for a connection. It keeps the last board and keeps trying.
- If the page says Draft TV didn't load, tap Reload. The draft itself isn't affected.
Who sees a pick first
Draft TV gets each pick first. Players in the draft room wait about 7 seconds before they see who was picked, so a phone doesn't spoil the big screen. The captain who made the pick and the commissioner see it at once.
Discord posts wait the same 7 seconds.
Hidden names
Draft TV is a public screen. Players who hide their name show as Hidden player, even to people in the league.

Common questions
What is Draft TV?
Draft TV is a watch-only big-screen view of a live draft: the team on the clock, the clock, every pick and what comes next. Open it with TV mode in the draft room or Watch Draft TV on your league page. Players who hide their name show as Hidden player.
Why did Draft TV stop updating?
Draft TV only updates while its page is showing. A background tab, a minimized window or a locked screen pauses it until you bring it back. Keep Draft TV in its own browser window, in front, and use Start broadcast so the screen stays awake.
