Reviews and corrections
A posted score can be questioned in two ways. A review is someone asking the commissioner to check a score. A correction is a request to change a score that is already final. The game page always shows where a score stands.
What Under review means
When a score is Under review, a commissioner is looking at it.
- If the game isn't final yet, it stays out of the standings until the commissioner decides.
- If the game is already final, which a checked screenshot can be right away, it stays final and keeps counting while the commissioner looks.
Ask for a review
Anyone who can confirm a result for their team can ask: the team's captain, GM or assistant GM, or its claimed roster players if none of them is linked.
- Before the game is final: open it, choose Something's wrong, pick a Reason and say what to check. You can add screenshots and your team's numbers. Then choose Send to the commissioner. You can withdraw the request until a commissioner starts reviewing it.
- After a checked screenshot goes final: the other team can choose Ask for a review until the time shown on the game. The score keeps counting while the commissioner decides.
In Discord, the Something's wrong and Ask for a review buttons on the result do the same thing.
Ask for a correction
A final score can still be wrong after that window closes. If you're on one of the teams, open the game and choose Score wrong? Ask the commissioner to correct it. A note is optional. The score keeps counting until the commissioner changes it. Your team can send one request, and the game page shows when it has been sent.
The commissioner sees Score correction requested with each team's note. They either correct the box score, which is final at once and updates the standings, or keep the score and close the request with a reason.
Who decides
A commissioner or co-commissioner who isn't on either team decides. They can keep the posted result, use the other team's numbers, enter corrected numbers, replay the game (only before it's final), record a forfeit or record no result. Every decision and correction goes in the league log with a reason.
If your commissioner plays in the game, another commissioner decides it. If nobody else can, or nobody decides within your league's ruling window, both teams get 48 hours to agree. If they don't, captains from other teams vote, and if that still doesn't settle it, a league rule decides and records why.
Commissioners: Settle a dispute walks through the screens.

Common questions
What is the difference between a review and a correction?
A review is someone asking the commissioner to check a score. A correction asks the commissioner to change a score that is already final. A score that isn't final yet stays out of the standings while it is under review. A final score keeps counting until the commissioner decides or corrects it.
Who decides when someone says a score is wrong?
A commissioner who isn't on either team decides, and the decision and its reason go in the league log. If no commissioner outside the two teams can decide, both teams get 48 hours to agree, then captains from other teams vote.
