Pass the commissioner job

Only the commissioner can hand a league to someone else. The new commissioner has to be a co-commissioner first, and they accept by opening a link that only they can use. Until they accept, you stay commissioner.

Step 1: Make them a co-commissioner

Skip this step if they already are one.

1. Open Front Office → More → Co-commissioners.
2. Choose Make a co-commissioner link and send it to them. It works once, for 7 days, and they sign in with Discord to accept.

A league can have up to 3 co-commissioners. If you already have 3, remove one before you add another.

Step 2: Pass the job

1. On the same page, find their name and open Make commissioner.
2. Choose what happens to you: I stay on as a co-commissioner, or I stop being a commissioner and stay a league member.
3. Tap Pass the commissioner job to their name.
4. Send them the link that appears under Passing the commissioner job. It works once, for 30 days, and only for them, signed in as themselves.

The change takes effect when they open the link and accept. Until then, Waiting on their name to accept shows on the page. If you change your mind, choose Cancel the change and the link stops working.

What changes

Refunds, co-commissioners, season changes and deleting the league become theirs. Co-commissioners can still run teams, rosters, invites, the schedule, results and corrections, disputes they aren't part of, and the draft.

If you chose to stay on, you keep those same co-commissioner tasks. If you chose to leave, you stay in the league as a member, and your games, teams and records don't change.
