Billing, renewal and your season

One payment covers one season. There's no subscription, and nothing renews by itself. This guide covers what a season costs, how long your results count and how to renew.

What a season costs

A season costs $20, tax included, for the whole league. There are no per-team fees. Setup is free, and your league stays private until you go live.

How long your results count

Your paid time starts with your season's first official game, not the day you pay.

Results count for 12 weeks from that game, plus 2 extra weeks to finish games.

If your regular season ends within the 12 weeks, playoffs finish free.

About two weeks before the 12 weeks end, a card appears in your Front Office inbox so you can finish the season or renew.

Renewing

Each season is its own payment. When your paid time is over, you pay again to keep counting new results. The new 12 weeks start when you pay, not when the old time ended.

You can renew as soon as the 12 weeks end: choose Renew on the card in your Front Office (or in Billing), and it opens the payment page.

If you don't renew, nothing already counted is lost. Earlier results stay public, and new results wait until you do. When a season is finished, Start the next season in Billing takes you to starting the next one.

Where to find it

Open Front Office → Billing. On a phone, it's under More. Billing shows this season's status, when it went live, the payment, who paid and a link to the receipt, plus your earlier payments. Before your league is live, that spot is Go live instead.

If Billing says your price is locked, that $20 holds for future seasons too.

Who can pay

The commissioner can pay, or share the Chip-in link from Go live so another member can. Anyone in the league can chip in, and paying doesn't give them any extra say.

A billing problem

For a duplicate charge or anything else that looks wrong with a payment, contact us and choose Private request. It's never posted publicly.
